About The Club

The Mount Washington Valley Volleyball Club’s mission is to grow the sport of volleyball in the region. Volleyball offers kids of all ages an opportunity to learn sportsmanship, be a part of a team, make new friends, and develop athletic skills. Founded in 2015, MWVVC is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

With the support of countless families, athletes, and volunteer coaches we believe in the mission of developing volleyball in the Valley and surrounding region. The program has continued to grow. Many of our players have gone on to play volleyball for their local high school teams, and others participate in local pick-up games that are scheduled from time to time. Some alumni have gone on to play college volleyball as well.

How it Works

The Season

The MWVVC season begins December 3 and ends April 14 (17 practices) followed by a club lunch and celebration. Practice takes place on Sundays from 2–5pm at the Kennet High School gymnasium.

Tournaments for the 2024 season are scheduled for February 11, March 10, March 24, and April 14. We will choose 1–3 tournaments. Tournaments could be located anywhere from Boston to Portland, ME. Scrimmages are TBD and will be within NH and Maine.

Who Can Play
MWVVC is open to girls in grades 5 through 12, or roughly ages 10 through 17. We are not accepting girls over the age of 17 at this time.

Girls in grades 5 through 8 will be learning skills and scrimmaging each other. Girls in grades 9-12 will learn skills, practice, and attend tournaments and scrimmages with other teams/clubs.
